#haveago is an initative from Cambridge City Council and Living Sport to encourage young people and adults with disabilities to give a new sport a go. Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge is running a session on 17th October 2019, which is free of charge. You just need to book a slot by emailing hello@clipnclimbcambridge.co.uk or calling 01223 941 700.
The session will be from 4.30-5.30pm. People can sign up for up to 30 mins of climbing activity starting at either 4.30pm or 5.00pm. During this time we will make our centre as autism friendly as possible, and also have disabled hoists available for use. There is a maximum of 9 per session to ensure we can give as much supports as possible.
Climbing will be supported by our instructors, and no previous experience is necessary.

For those who may require additional climbing assistance, we have a climbing assistance hoist rope we can use. We need to know beforehand if you wish to use this, so please include this in your email.

Access at the venue: Takes place on the ground floor, disabled toilets, double door front entrance, arena and the safety briefing takes place in a quiet, open and spacious area, very quiet session, knowledgeable staff.
What to bring: Recommend comfortable clothing (shorts, leggings, trainers, short sleeved tops, etc)
Please avoid wearing the following: open toed shoes (e.g. sandals, crocs) hoodies, crop tops, jewellery (e.g. watches, necklaces, anything around wrists, big loopy earrings)
