Sleepovers in Cambridge for Scouts, Guides and Youth Groups
Looking for a unique place for your next group camp out?
From Autumn 2024, Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge is offering sleepovers to Scouts, Guides and Youth Groups. Come and stay in our amazing climbing centre, and we’ll run a programme of group activities for you and your group. Our sleepovers are on Friday nights during term-time.
We welcome groups of between 25 and 36 climbers. These sessions are open to climbers who are 7 years and over.
Benefits
Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge offers a safe and warm environment for a sleepover when the weather isn’t perfect for camping. Your sleepover also includes two climbing sessions, a movie with snacks, and dinner and breakfast provided for you. We hope you’ll find the experience a hassle-free way of giving a unique adventure to your youth group.

Friday night
18:15 - Arrive at the centre
18:30 - 19:00 - Safety briefing
19:00 - 20:00 - Climbing session
20:00 - 20:30 - Dinner
20:30 - 22:30 - Movie
22:30 - 23:00 - Get ready for bed
23:00 - Lights out
Saturday morning
06:30 - Wake up and pack up
07:00 - 07:30 - Breakfast
07:30 - 08:15 - Climbing session
08:15 - 08:30 - Pick up by parents
Leaders
Leaders are free of charge. We may need some help clipping the children in and can show you how to do this. Please note that Leaders are responsible for the behaviour of the children at all times, and especially between 20:30 and 06:30.
Food
Your group will be served delicious food from our on-site café.
Dinner
• Pizzas or hotdogs
• Veggie sticks
• Crisps
• Cookie
• Unlimited water/squash
Breakfast
• Selection of pastries, cereal and fruit juice
We can cater for vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets.
Sleeping arrangements
We will work with you to arrange the most appropriate sleeping arrangements for you and your group. Places for sleeping include our arena (on the rubber crumb floor) and our mezzanine level.

Prices
Sleepovers are £35 p/person, inc. VAT. We’ll get final numbers from you 7 days beforehand, and then issue your invoice. Leaders are free of charge.
The price includes all food, the climbing sessions, and a certificate.
£200.00 deposit will be required to hold the date.
Things not included in the price
Bedding and toiletries are not included in the price.
